The maximum idle timeout, in seconds, allowed for GCP Notebooks instance idle shutdown.

Evaluated by GCP > Notebooks > Instance > Idle Shutdown when the policy is set to a value that requires idle shutdown to be enabled: an instance with idle-timeout-seconds greater than this bound is not considered compliant. GCP Workbench accepts an idle timeout between 600 seconds (10 minutes) and 86400 seconds (24 hours); the default of 10800 seconds (3 hours) matches the GCP Workbench default.
