Define the SKU Tier for the Public IP Address.
SKU Tiers provide predictable pricing and several options for aligning to the capacity and usage patterns of your private Docker registry in Azure.
The control compares the SKU settings against the SKU policies for the resource (Azure > Network > Public IP Address > *), raises an alarm, and takes the defined enforcement action
