Resource Type: AWS > EC2 > Target Group
The Target Group resource type is part of the AWS Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2) service. Each Target Group is used to route requests to one or more registered targets within an Amazon EC2 environment, such as EC2 instances, IP addresses, or Lambda functions.
