Take an action when an OCI Storage boot volume defined tags is not updated based on the OCI > Storage > Boot Volume > Defined Tags > * policies.
If the resource is not updated with the defined tags defined in OCI > Storage > Boot Volume > Defined Tags > Template, this control raises an alarm and takes the defined enforcement action.
