Determine the action to take when a Kubernetes ReplicaSet labels are not updated based on the Kubernetes > ReplicaSet > Annotations > * policies.

The control ensure Kubernetes ReplicaSet labels include labels defined in Kubernetes > ReplicaSet > Annotations > Template.
