The expected default cache lifetime in seconds, at most the Max TTL when the expected Cache Mode is CACHE_ALL_STATIC, for content served by the CDN-enabled backend service without its own caching headers. Applies when the expected Cache Mode is CACHE_ALL_STATIC or FORCE_CACHE_ALL.
