Reconcile the GCP Model Armor Floor Setting up to the per-field posture composed by GCP > Model Armor > Floor Setting > Settings and its leaf policies.

This action wraps the Model Armor updateFloorSetting operation. It only raises the live floor to meet the per-field set — it never deletes (the Floor Setting has no delete API) and never lowers a field that is already stricter than the set.
