Configures auditing against a CIS Benchmark item.
Level: 1
Every subnet should have a Network Security Group (NSG) attached to it.
Network Security Groups provide granular control over network traffic. Attaching NSGs to subnets ensures that all resources in the subnet have inbound and outbound traffic filtered according to defined security rules.
