By setting this policy, you attest that you have manually verified that it complies with the relevant section of the CIS Benchmark.
Ensure Network Access Rules are set to Deny-by-default for applicable Azure services.
Azure Console To verify network access rules are set to deny by default: 1. From the Azure Portal, navigate to the relevant service. 2. Select Networking or Firewalls and virtual networks. 3. Verify that the default action is set to Deny. 4. Verify that only authorized networks/IPs are allowed.
This applies to services including: - Cognitive Services accounts - Compute disks - Container registries - Service Bus namespaces - Storage accounts
Once verified, enter the date that this attestation expires. Note that the date can not be further in the future than is specified in report level Maximum Attestation Duration policy. Set to a blank value to clear the attestation.
