Policy: Azure > AI Foundry > RAI Policy > Content Filters > Mode

The mode required for the RAI policy. It applies to the whole policy rather than to one side. Blocking and Default hold each streamed chunk until the filters have run on it; Asynchronous_filter streams chunks immediately and runs the filters behind them, trading a short window of unfiltered output for lower latency. Values are the API's own spellings; the legacy Deferred mode can no longer be written. Skip leaves the mode unchecked.
