Define the public network access setting required for Azure > Cognitive Services > Account.

The Public Network Access control determines whether public network access for an Azure Cognitive Services account should be Enabled or Disabled, and — when set to an Enforce value — remediates a non-compliant account in place by updating its live publicNetworkAccess property (no delete required).
