Action: Azure > AI Foundry > Account > Set Outbound Network Access

Sets the outbound network access posture on the AI Foundry account. When enabled: true, sets properties.restrictOutboundNetworkAccess: true and properties.allowedFqdnList to the supplied expectedList. When enabled: false, sets properties.restrictOutboundNetworkAccess: false (the list is left untouched on the resource).
