Action: Azure > AI Foundry > Account > Set Account Encryption

Sets the properties.encryption value on the AI Foundry account. For Microsoft target the keySource is set to Microsoft.CognitiveServices. For Customer target the keySource is set to Microsoft.KeyVault and keyVaultProperties is populated from the Customer Managed Key policy.
