Resource Type: AWS > API Gateway > VPC Link
The VPC Link resource type in API Gateway enables private integrations that connect REST API routes to resources in a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), such as Network Load Balancers. It provides secure connectivity between API Gateway REST APIs and VPC resources without exposing them to the public internet.
VPC Links are regional resources that require Network Load Balancer ARNs (targetArns) for configuration. They support tagging and can be used with REST APIs in API Gateway.
